Need some help Identifying a GM rim

I was going through some stuff my dad had laying around and ran across this rim he said he has never seen it before, does anyone know what this rim would go to?

I was thinking maybe a 70's Grand Prix,Tempest or something like that. I'm sure it has been in his garage forever.

i checked out some old car pics and it looks nothing like the 70's pontiac rally wheels.. maybe a base firebird wheel? i'll do more checking lol its bothering me now

found it. it must have replaced the 70's rally II wheels (car is an '81)
