Need some fuel system help

Never really had to design a complete fuel system before, and I dont think my current one will support it. Ive currently got an Aeromotive 11106 pump, says its good for 700n/a, 500 boosted hp. It flows thru a -8AN directly to my fuel rails, which I believe are aeromotive as well. from there it goes to -6AN feed into the 13109 Regulator, and then to a -6AN return back to the tank.

I plan on running straight E85 all the time and it requires an extra 30% fuel or so, plus the fact that im shooting for about 550-600rwhp with room to grow. Anyone have any ideas on how to set it up?

Im guessing Ill prob need an A1000 or eliminator pump, -12 or -10 feed to a 13101 regulator, then a -6 or -8 return line?

well ive been doing some reading today. I think I may be able to run an A1000 with a -10 to -8 reducer and use my current setup. How much power will -8 support?

dont know if this helps but my buddy is putting down 700+ to the wheels thru a LSX 427/TVS 2300 using...get this a FLEX Fuel pump and a magna volt. I guess the flex fuel pumps are pretty good.

What amount of power or what power adder ?

turbo. about 600rwhp on e85 hopefully.

Ive been talking to a few peeps here at work and what sounds like my best bet is to use 2 walbros, either intank, or externals, and plumb them into my -8 feed line for now. It should do what im looking to do for this year at minimal cost, then if/when I upgrade to a decent non junkyard motor, just add an extra walbro. Plus i get the benefit of being able to hear myself talk without the whine

for high flow pumps, I'd recommend at least the same size return line as feed, if not a larger return line, all in an attempt to eliminate any fuel pressure creap at idle/low rpm

another reason im looking into the dual walbros. I could run the second on a pressure switch

Hasn;t been a problem on 3/8 GM lines for me. Then again I have the regulator 24 inchs from the tank which reduces head volumes.

E85 with twin walbos at 600whp is cutting it a bit close but there is some room. The few e85 cars I have been running typically need 40% more fuel. Depends on the blend to.

I ran an evo on E85 with one walbro and it made 400. its making 560 right now on 2 just fine

Thats ok to do?

Could I keep the regulator like 10 inches from the tank in the return line to keep crap from under the hood, just basically with my feed and return going to the rails underhood?

I have a Weldon 2025-A for sale... I'll give you a really good deal... Brand new rebuild... Never ran... Flow sheet included...

Call me and I will explain it.
