Need seatbelt and possible install 08 Pontiac G6 convertable

One of my co-workers dog chewed her passenger seat belt. She asked If i could find her a new one. I will try to find out exactly which color but I believe it is a light tan/sand color.

dealer only, and IIRC, that has a airbag pretensioner in it, so new is the only way I would go


not too hard to replace, need to flex the trim panel a little, so make sure the car is in a warm shop

list is $212 per above, and .5 hr is $50 at a $100/hr labor rate

so sounds like they are screwing her

Take the car to a body shop. The labor rates are around $40 or so per hour. Stay away from the service department.

As Dave mentioned above, with the pretensioners, I would stay away from a used one and only use a new OEM part. With liability laws being what they are, I'd take the car into a licensed shop/GM dealer and have their body shop install it. This is part of the air bag system.
