hey fellas i just bought a 95 chevy k2500 and the paint looks like doody do you guys know of anyone that strips paint around here and how much it generally cost to do it
thanks a bunch
dont know what your trying to do, all the way to the metal ? which I would try to avoid if you can.
Your just adding tons of work to yourself or the person painting it
There is places that will come to your house and make a huge mess in your driveway if you are taking it all the way down though.
But first check out our sponsors to see if anyone of them do it..
or you can just buy yourself a roll of 80,150,320 and 400 a good ventilator and go to town
yeah well heres the situation the truck was peeling badly so they just shot over a layer of paint without any prep and it looks like crap and i assume stripping the paint is the only way to correct it

Try not to burn all the way down to bare metal, just below the peeling paint. THe steel is galvanized, and sanding it down to bare metal will likely remove that, and shorten the life of the body, especially if it's a year 'round DD.
