its a ford 650 double pumper-4150. when the fuel pump turns on the gas spews out the overflows. the floats are not stuck, and dont know what to do really. please help me out.

dont have a fuel pressure gauge, dont know how to measure it. we were testing it, got it so it was overflowing, but it was flooded so maybe it will work tommorrow. think its the pressure cause i changed from a 750 to a 650, so there has to be a difference.

the only time i had a proble was when the floats stuck... you can get a fuel pressure gauge and regulator pretty cheap...

the floats are out of adjustment, you will need a fuel presure gauge, the 750 should have been fine.
if the floats are not stuck ,you need to set the fuel level,do you know how to do that?

okay. we fixed the overflow problem, then we got it running and it ran WAAAAYYYYY too rich. we were like close to dying in the closed shop. then we cleaned the jets and all over. well it was flooded, but dont think it fixed the problem. anything else?

My car flooded itself when the air bleeds were clogged with junk(rubber dust actually from air cleaner)...If it has bleeds....clean em out!

Cyls were FULL of fuel..haha

well she works great now, thanks for the help guys. now i just need to fix the gear that got torn up on the distributor, seems like its one thing after another. getting old.
