the car ive had was sold to pay this off...i dont know what information you were given...there is no point on going through this. the situations are done with.

i now have a loan out to pay these poeple back because the money went to someone else.

i was the fucking middle man and ended up getting screwed

You owe people money and had to take out a loan but yet your out buying coach products?

Middle man or not, keep in mind that YOU are not the victim. You need to take responsibility without trying to say it's not your fault. If I have issues with my vendors, it's my problem and my customers do not want excuses.

If you were the middle man then you had to of known that the first person got screwed, but you still kept your middle man position for other transactions in which people got screwed also? Doesn't add up. Unless all the transactions happened at the same time, IDK.
 
So... if I'm reading this right... Craig Payne aka Form>Function aka deviate seems to have scammed a bunch of people...

so why is your screen name Craig Payne?
 
Well, looking at this situation, I do believe it needs to be discussed. We need to know that our members here are trust worthy. This does not look in your favor, so that's why it needs to be discussed, IMO. Hopefully the mods here can get this worked out in a civil manner.
 
Used the name CraigPayne as an attention getter. Apparently it worked. If you read the thread on LS1Tech, it sounds like the guy who started the thread was the most patient and got lead on the longest. Hell he had to call the Credit Card company because "someone" was out spending $300 on coach purses.

Oh to be young and stupid.

i exdpained myself 100percent to matt as i dont feel it needs to be explained here...


i know being the middle man doesnt eleaviate anything from me...i accept full repsonsibility, and that is why i am the one who paid them back not seeing any of the money that as taken from items sold. 4 different motors were sold within a week and money given to the 3rd party...with the 3rd party supposed to ship them out...that never happened and a month later i got a-$9800 in my paypal.


people arent going to read into the situation because no one reads a thread like this to have the consensious be that he is trying to do good or is the good guy
 
This is interesting, because I grew up in Harrison Twp and I went to L'Anse Creuse schools. I am also the same age as this person. The name sounds vaguely familiar, but I just can't put a face to the name.

PS. Please don't assume that everybody from L'Anse Creuse is a borderline illiterate scam artist. It's a good school district as long as you actually pay attention. ;)
 
Why hasn't this user been banned yet? All of his posts are about junk sales threads, and most of them on another site. Can one of the mods check and see if this is an existing user?
 
I'm gonna lock this and once we figure out Deviate's side we'll go from there. We'll make sure a story gets posted so that either everyone will know to avoid this guy, or know that he's good enough to man up and fix what he's screwed up.
