Need exhaust suggestions

For my 96 F150 4x4. It has a 351W with the stock exhaust. I recently was given a brand new set of full length headers I would like to install but would like to get some guidance before I start. I was thinking of removing the cats and doing a true dual setup but I want to keep the noise to a minimum. I want something that sounds healthy but doesn't drone on inside the cab. Any Ideas?
 
I figured that, but I really don't have an option with the full length headers. Unless I want to buy a set of aftermarket cat's to put on it...:shrug:

What about a dual 2.5 inlet muffler with a single 3" outlet like a Gibson or an Edelbrock? How do those sound?
 
I've got a 96 with a 5.0L in it, stock manifolds, gutted cat with a flowmaster right behind the cab not even dumped just open and it doesnt drone bad. Just make sure you have an equalizer pipe (h or x) if you do duals cause windsors sound like shit true dual's IMO
