need bypass valve welded and most likely custom piping

I have a mondo bypass valve to put on my car and it needs to be welded on and i believe I will need a custom pipe made to fit it under the hood.

Anyone send me in the right direction or know someone who is good at this, otherwise im gonna sell it, tired of looking at it in my garage
