Car makes 547 at the tire, just cuz I dont beat it up on a race track does not mean anything. Ive put to much money and time into the car to take it to the track and beat it up. I race and spray the car everytime I drive it. I did not know that you have to take a car the track for it to be thought of as a fast car!! Thats the one reason my car has always run and is not in a garage apart 10 month out of the year. Cars are like women, if all you do is ride them and beat them up, they will fall apart way to fast!!!

Its a driver and a show car. What would you call yours??? I have not seen your car run for a very long time, and when it did you broke it every time you tried to race it. That is the one reason I didnt build a race car, I wanted to enjoy driving what I worked so hard to build. Are 9 sec race bad ass?? Sure they are, just not my cup of tea. Why you have to make the remarks you do, Im not to sure, Never once do I talk shit about a guy that builds a race car and cant even find 3RD GEAR!!!!!

It was a JOKE so calm the fuck down. Hence the ;) after the comment :shake:

I call my car a money pit. I have no problem saying it.

My car hasn't run in awhile do to some shitty work and fucked up parts. Don't worry though. I'll have it out soon enough. You will see me running around Woodward with it.

Oh and the can't find 3rd gear is way too old of a joke. It's not even funny anymore. It's like a "Yo Momma" joke.

BTW who builds a 500+ hp car to "show"? It's like having a super model GF and not fucking her. :D

because it is a drag racing event and not to throw my .o2 in but they are showing off TOYO slicks which would suit a RACE car. They may be looking for the best of both worlds? a drag car AND street car. One to show the street tire and one to show their drag tire. Not sure until they decide and whomever they pick Iam sure it will be worth it for the owner of the car. I think all in all it would be cool.

You can see that my post was also "A JOKE", thats why I said the joke about the 3rd gear. Ive known you for way to many years to start a BIG argument over a post. you and I both no your car is BAD AS FUCK. I tell you that anytime I see it/you. As far as the car making good power, I was tired of having car look fast buy run slow. I also know how it is to have a SHOP fuck up a car. If you remeber back in the mid 90's I built a 95 cobra that made 700 to the tires and ran a 10.10 one time before the motor came apart. After that car and spending over 20 grand trying to fix the car and sue the guy that fucked it up, I said to myself........ Never again will I build a race car. Im sure you have said the same. Take car bro!!!!

I may be thinking of the wrong EVENT, But if its the same event that I got a flyer for in the mail, they talk more about the show part of the event then the racing part. If Im confused about the event, Im sorry. The last NMRA event I went to, had over 500 show cars that DID NOT go even close to a the track. Thats what I thought this was.

I was not aware they make DRAG tires. My bad. If you read my last post, you can see I was also joking around with you as well. Isnt this a show/race event?? The flyer I got says it a HUGE event with a 2 day car show??
