What capabilities does it need? The guys that do our site did a good job. Payment gateway, newsletter sign-ups, facebook/twitter integration, etc. Good design/layout work too. Not cheap but that's how it goes. www.evolvethebike.com

Thanks for the help and numbers guys, we will be contacting your leads in the next day or so, have a meeting with one person today to start going over stuff.
For now it just needs to be an informational site with our services and products, may add a checkout / shopping cart to it later.

If you just need an informational site (including FB, twitter, RSS, etc) I will beat anyone's price... and it wont look like shit. lol
The checkout / shopping can always be added on at anytime in the future.
