Need a Mustang T-5 World Class only

My trans just took a big crap. I need a T-5 pronto. Cheap is okay, as long as I'm able to rebuild it. I'm not looking to spend more than $300 to $400 for trans without bellhousing or clutch. I can trade some 5.0 parts too (I have performance intake, upper/lower plenum, T-body, injectors, F-cam).
