The dude made it too easy on my refi, did everything through email while I was at work. For real, if interest rates keep dropping I might contact him again.

I used Steve as well. To be honest, I wasn’t happy






By that, I mean I wasn’t happy he didn’t let me drive his Hellcat. But the mortgage part of it, best guy in the game.

First and foremost. I hope all you guys and your families are safe. Thanks so much for the kind words. I appreciate every single one of you.

It’s been a crazy two weeks to say the least, but I’m always here to help anybody as soon as they need something.

So how does refinancing work these days? I can't help but notice the 2.5% advertised 15 year fixed rate mortgages. Seems they all come with $3500+ closing costs attached to them, I take it that is normal nowadays? It takes a huge interest rate difference for me to find it to be worth it.

You call Steve and he'll tell you if it's worth doing. You don't ask, you don't get. Steve helped me and gave me options, hell do the same for you.
