need a dealer recommendation for ford service

i need to get some work done on my 2012 focus. i went up to southgate ford today to talk to someone in the service department and was told that since my car has trans issues and they only have 1 trans guy that they wouldn't be able to look at it until sometime next month. i have the ford premium care warranty for the car. i'm just looking for dealerships that people have had positive experiences with. thanks

Unfortunately that is how most domestic dealers work. They have specific areas for techs. How far are you willing to travel? I know the Russ Milne Ford is pretty good all around as a dealership but that would be about 40 miles from Downriver

thanks for the replies, the only dealerships i've been to are taylor and southgate. i'm willing to go wherever as long as i don't have to wait a month to get it fixed.
