mystery button on a 08 ram 2500 diesel

my boss bought a 2008 ram 2500 diesel, truck came with no owners manual. there are 2 buttons on the center of the dash under the radio. one is a "light load" button...haha light load yeah yeah......but then there is a button to the left of it that has a symbol on it that we cant figure out what it does...ive tried looking online and tried looking on identifix to no avail. thinking someone on the board has the same kind of truck and can answer this?

is that same as a jake brake?

a true jake brake is built into the engine. controls the exhaust valves.

some smaller trucks use the variable vane turbo to block the exhuast, an added valve that block the exhaust
