Not sure what you mean by "dead coil" but be careful removing a full coil, that is quite a bit of drop given that your front is stock. May want to start with a half, drive it and see how it settles then go from there.

I have frpp b spings on the car with no isolators. I've heard that Ford says you can cut a coil on the rear to level it out.
