Hmmm, from an engineering standpoint that is intriguing. I would want to see more pics of how it is actually plumbed. It can work as long as the turbo's push more boost than the supercharger needs.

3 years ago or so there was that twincharged GTO on Woodward that worked and made some insane HP. The dude drove it around all weekend. It had an 8:71 mounted on a 6:71 mounted on an intercooler. I want to say 1200-1400hp if I remember correctly.
 
unless the buttleflys on the scoop are welded shut it seems like it would lose the boost there.

Only the turbo inlet comes in there, the pressurized turbo air runs in below the blower it looks like. So really, it deosn't seem like a bad set up. The blower is there to get you the low end, yet since the turbos draw air before it and blow in the air after it nothing about the blower restricts the air for the turbos.

True. It looks like the turbo's intake off the butterfly's. The outlet is pointing straight below the supercharger. Probably through an intercooler under there. Man this would be cool to see up close and figure it all out.
