Nice pics Matt! That blue deuce is Jim's (he's from NY too and in my dad's carclub there). I like those pics of the cars off the centercaps. Those are SWEET! Nice eye man.

Yes sir, I think all of them were with the 50 1.8Great stuff Matt. Were these taken with a Thrifty Fifty (50mm 1.8)?
If so that's quite a testament to your shooting and post-processing skill considering the expense of the gear that Brandon and I shoot with.
:naughty:Yeah, great idea Matt!
:secret:
Well it's in B&W....?It shows up gray in the picture... On all 3 of my monitors.
Yes.....:lol:great, I'm just background now?!?!?
Oh it is. :naughty:lol I swear.... that pic of me is...... Sweet!!!!...
I think all of them were with the 50 1.8 If you dont have that lens you should get it.
Yeah the 50 is the way to go for portrait stuff. The cheapness is where it's at. I love the bokeh on it. Just love the lens. I'm not baller enough for 'L' stuff yet. :redface:It is a nice lens. I was actually shocked how nice the pics were the first time I shot with it as it was my first non L lens..
I usually shoot with a 24/105 4/L for portrait.. I had a 70/200 on cruise day which was useless on the crop body for shooting anything at the lot.. In retrospect I should have brought either the 50mm or 24/105 for the lot and the 70/200 for everything else.. FWIW
Super nice pics man!
