Yea i got screws and a plate in my ankle and i've never set off any metal detectors...


BTW... how did u wreck the sled.. i've rolled my three times now doing hill climbs with no studs hehe... but i keep getting luck and just bail and let it go .. its gotten two new belly pans three sets of skis.. a new shock tower that i had to make and a couple hoods and front skirts...

Had a carbide that was worn pretty bad and I didn't know it. Was riding in trails that had banked turns, then came out in a flat one and the sled never turned. Went off trail at about 40mph and through the air into the trees (The trail also dropped off at the edge so I landed about 20ft off the trail and another 20ft down) I watched my arm break sheilding my head and knee broke while bending the handlebars. The visor on my helmet was cracked (I was close enough to breaking my neck that it was kinda scarey. Can't wait to go riding this year!!
 
Here is one that I miss ALOT. 1998 Mustang GT Light Mods.
Details: CAI, Eibach Springs, Mufflers Removed (Cali Emissions), tires other apperance mods.Only time at track ran 14.4 and top speed on highway was appx 150 mph.

When I see pics of that one it brings a tear to my eye. One of my most regretable monents was getting rid of it. Man was I a dumbass!!

That 98 GT is hot! I love that year SN95. Those wheels are kickass on them. One of my friends got rid of his for silver 98 cobras. Don't look as good. His is Chrome Yellow.
 
Wow, awsome x-rays. I broke my back June 2002 out at Baja Acres in Birch Run on my YZ125 racing the 125B class. I was in the hospital for 8 days and was paralized from the waist down for 3 days then my toes started to move. I've pretty much made a full recovery but I didn't get any sweet xrays like that. One of the vertibres in my back actually shifted 1/4" forward. To this day it's still like that.
 
Tonights addition: 1990 Ford Bronco Light Mods 351W with K&N cone, Chip, exhuast pulled over for 120mph. When asked how fast I was going I laughed and pointed at the 85 mph speedo. Officer repied VERY IMPRESSIVE LICENSE AND REGISTRATION, but for some reason I didn't really think he was impressed.

That sounds very unpleasant. Thank god your ok. Do you still ride after that? Better than dead!!
 
That bronco is sweet! I have always liked those. A kid I swam with in hs had a black one and we absolutely loved riding around in his bronco whenever we all went out on weekend. I'd like to eventually get one to tool around in.

Hell ya I ride! Only pussies give it up! I don't race motorcross but I toss my leg over a bike any chance I get. I also ride snowmobiles...

Amen to that! i can't wait to start sledding some more this year. my sled's ass is up in the air by a cherry picker right now, throwing the Edge M10 suspension in it! should be a fun trail sled this season!
 
I haven't got the chance to ride again due to work and kids, but want very much to get the chance to get back on. I will check my equipment better now though!

I got into the habbit of checking my equiptment before I ride. Started early riding bikes and now on sleds I do a pre ride check. Always make sure to turn the gas off and turn the sled on its side.
