My project from today....

Holy old bump. i bought the fan from northerntool.com. I really don't see any other way to paint in a garage other then cross draft. i tried making differet set-ups, but this was the easiest and cleanest.

I get ZERO overspray on the garage floor or surrounding areas.

isnt that red overspray right next to the bench grinder?

Nope, pulled the trigger on the gun when cleaning it... thinner/paint dripped out.

Dont fuckin question my post......its 100% truth...........lol

With my infrared tube heater, its awesome. I can have it running for about 30 min and it only drops 2-3 degrees in the garage. my vents are all behind the heater so the incoming air basically has to pass through a heat wall.

I just leave the heat on while spraying.

X2 on the tube heater best money I ever spent completely concealed and can spray with heat on!!!

Ya, initial cost is a bit high, but the bonus of being able to spray with it on is a HUGE plus. I know plenty of guys who will spray with an open flame heater right there on the floor with them. I just don't like to chance things.

Incase someone is wondering what I/we are talking about as far as the heater. Here is a pic..
