I got it running this summer but since I used cometic gaskets water leaks into the exhaust valve and comes out of my tail pipes as steam :pissed:. Only got to drive it about a 100 miles after 2 years. So this winter I am putting felpro MLS gaskets on it and few other minor adds on.

My little 331 made 360 rwhp and 370 rwtq.

I will post more pics later.

That sucks that you didn't really get to drive it much this year. Hopefully it goes better for you next summer. Killer looking motor. It looks clean enough to eat off of!

thanks for all the compliments guys! If all goes well she will have a procharger in 2 years! The goal for this car was a 10 second stick shift street car.

I like that paint on that motor. Looks nice...

Thanks! Its called black chrome or gun metal! I have ROH ZS racing wheels to put on the stang that the spokes are painted the same color.

I ran into probably every problem possible building this! I've learned a lot of lessons. One of the biggest problems was I could not get the charging system to charge. I thought it was alternator, I went through 3 alternators and it turned out not to be an alternator issue (all symptons were point to the alternator). What ending up happening is was I had all the stock accessory brackets powdercoated the same color as the engine and that is what grounds the alternator. Well you do not get a clean ground that way! It sucked I drove it home from Don Walsh Jr's shop (he tuned it) and it died 2 miles away from my house. Lol!!

That's just a few problems, the list could go on and on, but I am sure everyone here knows that!

Here's a couple pictures of the stang, it has a 4" cowl now because of the extra tall valve covers (and a 1.5" spacer haha).

These two pictures are from two years ago when it was basically stock. I'll get a picture of it with its new 4" cowl.

Thanks! Its factory medium shadow metallic blue

Damn that is clean! I'd like to see some pics of the ROH Zs. Those are some of my favorite wheels made.

I'll post up some pictures when I come home for thanksgiving, they won't be on the car but they are wrapped in fresh Nitto 555 Extremes.

Thanks again guys for the compliments! I hope to show you in person this summer.

There will be a progress thread of it play-by-play getting sent through a crusher at this rate....

Hopefully I can gather all my pics over this long weekend. They're on 3-4 different computers.
