I had a great time and what a badass event :) I had to have been one of the only cars that drove there 3 hours with no trailer or anything, we just loaded my tires in the back and some tools and left. This is the first time I had the car out this year with the new motor and I was very happy with the results.

The car weighs 3700lbs with me in it and a 1/4 tank so its not a lightweight but it does pretty well for a daily driver. The second run is my new PB and on the 3rd run I cut my new best 60' with a 1.53.

same here, closest row to the track. I was past the time slip booth and must have lost a few punds walking the pit the whole time.
 
Very nice! Good runs, pretty consistant too.

What is the name of the photo company? I forgot to go check mine out..

I love how we were all pitted next to each other and didn't talk. hahaha
 
I didn't realize I was surrounded by Motown people lol otherwise I would have said something, I actually didn't stay by my car much when I wasn't racing I was watching. I will get you the name of the company this afternoon the pics are at work.
 
Nice runs, I think that I was next to you at the gas station in my white GP GTX. Prety impressive times for a "drive it to the track" car. I always drive to the track, once 7 hours+ with the GN. I don't have a big enough truck or a trailer so I chance it. i've been lucky enought to only blow up on the street near home:gr_grin:
