My old Waterford house is for sale with heated/insulated 3+ car garage

Check your PM's. I've been talking to my mortgage broker and I just shot him an email so I can my pre-approval paperwork together (hopefully Monday or Tuesday). I'd really like to check it out seeing how it has everything I want (except for a basement) but the garage and good size backyard definately make up for that!

PM replied. Yeah the basement isn't ideal for too much but I did set up the workbench down there so you can stand up between the rafters. Otherwise it is decent storage for off season items, etc. The garage and the yard are great though.
