My next phone...

Let me guess, it will kill the iPhone 3GS just in time for the iPhone 4thGen to be released. :gr_jest:

The Incredible has beaten the 3GS in most of the comparisons I've seen and the EVO is essentially a larger Incredible so it should win as well. Also every iPhone(3G and 3GS) owner that has played with my Incredible has had the same comments afterwards, "Its so fast" and "I want one."

Not too surprising considering the 3GS is soon to be one year old.

as I always state, the iPhone is at the top for touchscreen accuracy though. They definitely have that figured out. I would hardly ever mistype with the screen keyboard. On the Droid with Verizon it was horrible and I was forced to use the real keyboard. Same with my Moment.

Considering that no one built a phone that could compete with any iPhone until 3 years later it actually is pretty surprising.

The Incredible's is pretty accurate, I hardly ever mistype and if I do, the autocorrection is excellent.

I looked it up because I was surprised I wasn't finding any new news. It is some event that is tied to a sneak peak of the Prince of Persia movie which is why it is when it is.

Looks like Sprint may charge higher data prices for the EVO 4G. This should piss off people who can't get 4G in their location anytime soon.

The HTC EVO 4G has already turned up in Sprint's inventory, hit the FCC, and pushed away anything in its path, and it looks like it's now hit one more milestone on its way to availability: the all-important Sprint employee training program. While there's still no indication of an actual release date, the training materials do reveal a few new details, including the first real indication that customers who buy the phone will also have to sign up for special "plans designed for the HTC EVO 4G" -- details on those plans remain a mystery, unfortunately. The materials also seem to suggest that both Sprint Navigation and Google Navigation will be present on the device, that the hotspot feature will support WEP and WPA encryption, and that phone does indeed pack an FM radio. Hit up the source link below for a look at the rest of the materials.

Why does it seem you guys are always getting new phones? That's got to be expensive.

Yeah, but it's a small price to pay if you are someone who really enjoys having the latest hardware.

I know in the case of iPhone it's not difficult to sell your old phone on eBay or Craigslist which heavily defrays the upgrade cost.

I mean what sites will be reporting on it or streaming a video? :)

Oh, lol. I thought it was an odd question before. I'm not sure. I would imagine that there will be news on it on all the tech blogs. I usually google HTC EVO to find the latest news/rumors on it.

Has anyone tried syncing their Outlook email from work with the Incredible Droid from HTC? Did it work well?

Dude it works great, my company provides me the Eris for work and all of my OWA sync's perfect even the calendar event's which also shares events with my google calendar, so its cool cause now when I look at my calendar it shows all my work and personal stuff. I am so trying to get my hands on one of these phones before the actual release. Usually I can with most phones but this one is going to be a bit harder.

P.S. I wonder wth we are going to use the front facing camera for.
