My Newbie/Picture Introduction

Hey everyone!!
Not really a newb, I been lurking the forums from a while now but finally got a car I think is worthy of the motown muscle crowd. Its a 1991 5.0 hatch with a few parts here and there. I am stationed in New York right now and guess it kinda fell into my lap. For what its worth I think I got a killer deal on the car and its a lot of fun to drive. Even came with a set of 28.5 slick but i think illl be lucky if they fit. Here is a list of the mods already done to the car:
Recent garage paint job
5.0 bored .020 over
Mild cam
Aftermarket heads
24lb injectors with matching MAF
70mm throttle body
GT40 intake
Forged domed pistons
paxton supercharger running about 8lbs
3.73 gears out back
Ford racing headers
flowmaster exhaust
Weld drag lights front and rear
Koni shocks eibach springs

Got a lot of more plans for it too. It has its flaws but i think that is half the fun of the car, getting to tinker with it when ever i feel like improving stuff! I know the hood isn't aligned right, and I probably need more fuel but all that will come in due time! Now time for the pictures.

Also i'll be back in michigan some time in the next month or so and will be looking for some parts...
driver side power mirror, small cowl hood, stock rims, drivers side door handle surround.
Hope to learn a lot from the site.
Thanks for taking a look,
Justin

Lookin good! Love the all black interior, it looks real clean. The only thing that kills it is the red on the underside of the hood. Maybe paint it black to match the engine bay, that way it won't stand out so much.

You all are a bunch of pervs haha
I been looking to add a few more pounds the the super charger once i get more fuel but i have been to lazy to look up anything on it.
I got real lucky with the minty interior. The spare tire well looks brand new! The hood doesn't quite fit right and I been thinking about something like a 2" cowl nothing crazy just yet. Any suggestions for suspensions for more than drag? I like to turn and hope to do more turning once I replace the rims.

i suggest some strange struts/shocks, they're adjustable so you can turn one min, then a few clicks later drag it.

but anyways, you DEFF need more fuel. i'd put atleast some 36lb injectors on it, if not some green meany 42's. the car looks clean tho.
also, your "other baby" looks like she's got the look on her face that says "you're taking this picture of me to show me off to people online you dick"
lol ;)

Yes she was pretty upset about the picture but she can deal with it ha. I am not sure when it was painted but its definately not the best paint job. its a good 20 footer ya know? I do plan on getting bigger injectors. Would i jsut need the injectors and a matching maf to be good to go? I am not too familiar with tuning on the foxbody's but ill have to do some more research. Thanks for all the comments!

Looks clean, if you don't like the race look with the welds, i would put some chrome pony r's with 10's in back. Oh and paint under that hood ! Nice ride

Hay why is the alternator connected to the throttle body???????????? Just kiddin! Nice car. Have you gotten any numbers from it yet regarding performance? Welcome to the site.

It is a blast to drive, runs a little rough cold though. Once I get injectors and a MAF and a few other little odds and ends I do plan on tracking it and getting it dyno tuned. I am hoping for mid 300 if everything turns out alright. I do like the look of the drag lights but I dont really like having 4.5 inch wide tires on a daily driver. I'll try and post up numbers and what not once i get a chance. thanks again for the comments but no there will not be any nudes :)

Welcome and nice start to a project! Where in NY are you? I grew up in Rochester. Moved to MI back in 95'.
