My new Toy :)

I have one i bought at Gibraltar a few weeks ago. Real fun toy to fuck around with but beware they break easy. I broke mine twice since then and had to go back and buy parts.

bought mine in the same place from that asian guy, it was alot of fun but im having problems currently, it wants to spin in circles right now and theres no lift, gonna charge the battery fully and go from there, if it doesnt work gonna go back and find out whats wrong, I "may" have broken something when I ran into boxes when I was flying around in the basement lol, but everything seems to be normal!

The top balance bar (not sure what its' called) rides on a plastic pin. Its' probably broke. That's exactly what happened to mine the first time. Then the asian guy says "we have every part for those, except that one" so he took it off of a demo helicopter he had in the display case and charged me $10 which i thought was a lot for a little plastic piece but i paid it and thought it wouldn't happen again, no big deal. Well that same part just broke but now in a different place.

that balance bar bro has the one peice on it, that connects it to the blade, unless theres suppose to be 2 of them one on each side? Because if thats the case I only have one of them???? It looks like it has two holes on each side one connecting it to the bar and then to the base of that blade ect, and it snaps on...

Sounds like the little dogbone looking piece? If so you should have 2.

lol yah I wanted to call it a dog bone as well, it looked kind of funny, but its weird is because on one side I dont have that little ball thing that it snaps onto, the ball thingy snapped clean off where you cant even tell if one was there or not so thats why I thought there should only be one. But if theres two im missing that snap on and the ball is busted and the ball thats busted is on the balance bar,,,,,, fml!

Get the whole piece that holds the props on.. one little phillips screw to remove it. That's what the guy sold me for $10 was the whole assembly props and all.
 
I bought one from Brookstone for 25 bucks (2 for 50), and for an extra 4 bucks they will replace the whole thing if it has issues.

Mine also broke the dogbone piece after a few weeks of serious abuse, but it came with a bunch of spare parts, including the entire propeller assembly.

yup x2. it doesnt give you all the fun trick maneuvers, but i love my lil brookstone copter. ive crashed it hundreds of times and it still works. Its got a cracked blade and still works fine. if its spinning you should try and trim it out. I have to adjust mine periodically but itll go straight

how big are these helis? Mine is almost 3ft long.
