My new toy..2011 Polaris RZR XP900

I don't think I've ever shared pictures of my little off road toy. It's not really that new anymore being it's a few months old, but I bought it from Monroe Motorsports back in July. It's a 2011 Polaris RZR XP900. It is a BLAST! And I drive it any chance I get. Handles great driving around, took one trip to Bundy Hill and it did an awesome job at anything I threw at it.

Spent some time detailing the RZR a bit today, and decided to get it out for some pictures while it was clean for once. I haven't really snapped any pictures of it since the day I bought it, so enjoy!

i just picked the same one up for my buddy, took it for a spin before i dropped it off and was actually very impressed

Is it possible to get banned from MM for having way too much cool shit? If so I nominate Chris Hansen to be the first

awesome! whats the width on those? do they fit in the back of a regular chevy truck? just curious, not like i can afford one lol!

They are sweet but almost pointless with how much they cost. You could have one bad bitch dune buggy for what you pay for a RZR, or two quads, and a dirt bike.

Meh, I'm content with it. I have quads, so no loss there, and never really been a dirtbike person. Plus is pretty much IS a bad bitch dune buggy...comfortable seats, electronic four wheel drive at the press of a button, high beams/low beams, running lights, locked diffs, comfortable to ride, badass styling, I like it a lot.

They're pretty wide lol, they'd never fit in a truck. They're about the size of a Jeep Wrangler.

Here you can get a size idea in your head with it next to some normal sized vehicles.

after reading a test between the xp and reg model... the xp didnt seem worth the 3k more. marginally faster. base model fits in a truck bed.

actually the writers from atv offroad or some shit like that, liked the base model better.

bad ass toys for people with a lot of disposable income!

I didn't do any reading on comparing them, I just compared them in person. A buddy of mine has a base model and they're not even in the same league IMO. He calls it comparing a c4 to a c6 vette lol. Both are extremely fun, but the XP will go 30mph faster, go over shit the base model couldn't come close to doing, and feels like it has a lot more power.

The side by side market it taking off like crazy. Im not impressed with them yet. I think they need to go on a diet and get some more Hp. The fact the a 450 quad will run one down is boring. The RZR has twice the motor but is twice the weight. If it were a little more nimble I think it would be a blast. Ive rode most of my life so i guess my deffinition of something on two or four wheels being fast might be more then others. The other part that kills it is the price tag. I know your getting a lot of machine but 20k+ is a lot of money no matter how you look at it or how much you have to spend.
