From what I have been told is it pretty cheap. It is on a flood irrigation and about $200/yr

Nice find! Lots of stuff to do. Take your time, that's for sure. Start with a baddass paintjob in the garage while it's empty, maybe even do something to spruce up the floor and go from there. Wall art (car posters) bee signs, kegerator, some sort of bar fridge with a glass door, shit like that. I'm loving my Red Bull fridge I found on CL.
