If i was him, i would have multiple places for the heck of it. Its a really nice building/view, so he probably just wants a detroit 'place' if hes got a sprawling house in the burbs.

The Kilpatrick's have a home in Tallahassee, Fl. The met at Florida A&M University. Carlita spent most of the summer down here with the kids.

Yeah :confused: Back on the east coast its the trend to own several city apts, esp with property values going up there. Annnd the cost of parking, lol... Idk if Kwame bought this or is renting it tho. I don't really think its worth buying here, though.
