I was looking for a fun, turn-key street car. My rules were, it had to have heat, a 5-speed, and run on pump gas. This fit the bill. :D

Thanks again everyone for the positive feedback. I'm hoping the weather stays decent late this year, so I get to enjoy it for awhile.

Also, the car is now equipped with a new steering wheel. No more janky one! :D

I might be hitting up Lapeer this weekend to see how the car moves out. I'll keep you posted on the NO ET. If that doesn't work, like I said, I'm planning on doing the Motown track rental. :thumbup:

I bought my draglites from him a few years ago. Nice ride for sure. Last I talked with him on woodward he could not get the car out of the 12s, hopefully you have better luck.

That bitch looks bad ass for sure!
 
Congrats on the new ride. I believe I saw you on 12 mile last week near Dequindre heading east around 5:00-ish one afternoon. Car definitely caught my eye. The black rims are a unique look. Have fun with it!

Thanks! I'll be content with 12's for the time being....it's just a fun street car. Hoping to find out this weekend what it runs with me behind the wheel.

Thanks, man. That was definitely me on Saturday afternoon....I had just picked the car up Friday night and was out showing it off to some family and friends on that side of town. :thumbup:

Edit: I also finally got my damn plate for it and threw the new steering wheel on it last night. Should have it out and about this weekend if the weather cooperates like it's supposed to.
