First off a little back story, my dad has had this frame sitting in the shed since I was young, he always talked about doing it up but never got around to doing it, so me and my 2 brothers decided to build it and give it to him for fathers day, its a Harrison wildcat and it was pretty raggidy, the frame was broken by the motor plate and it had old rusted handlebars and wheels on it, so its been welded, powdercoated, new seat, handlebars, etc......tomorrow the wheels will be restored and its getting a new 6.5 HP motor with of coarse straight pipe and cold air filter...

Make sure you mount the motor first then the seat..........looks like the seat is to long and might cover the gas cap....i had to return my seat and get a shorter one....

for the fender mounting, you could use some type of clamps that go around those tubes and a nice aluminum or steel cross piece bolted between them
