i remember winning that in my ws6...i hated bracket racing but good thing no other high schools were consistant with a manual
 
I remember goin to high school nats. I also remember kids getting the keys to track a car they couldn't handle. Saw a kid almost put his dad's C5 into the wall about 3 different times, watched a late 60's, i believe, trans am lose it and go head on into the wall before the 60' mark, that one took awhile to clean-up which sucks. i hate the downtime.

I keep tellin my shop teacher to take the shop car down, he hasn't taken it down since my freshman year which was like 5 years ago.

I was waiting for these pics, I remember you telling me about it. Good job getting it done so fast and +1 for letting your cousin drive your car.
 
She went 12.20 in it, She had a great time so that is all that matters.

Yea it was a lot of work to get it ready for her with being 120 Miles away from the car at school. But I went home last weekend on friday pulled the engine out friday night, fixed it saturday and put it back in. Then on sunday I started it and drove back to school. Then went home the next friday finished up some little things and put the hood back on and took it out friday night for her to practice.

wow, you deffinatly busted ass to get that thing ready, way to be on top of things.

Yea it was her first time.

And yes it is the one with the trailer...the shaft in the master cylinder broke and lost the brakes while loading the car up. Luckily It was not going down the track at the time.
 
Yea she talked to her parents about getting a car. I told her that if she gets a fox body I have enough extra pars to put it together for her.

After the trailer incident she even wants to come over when I fix it so she can start learning how to work on cars.
