I know G bodies have always been hot to steal, and always will be. The same goes for any kind of cool/custom/hotrod type of vehicle. I often wonder though, with local online boards like this one, if there are dishonest board members, or trolls, who may know what we have. (almost exact parts lists sometimes) Some of these said people could be doing this, or could be associated in that kind of way?

scary thought, but definetly plausible...just cause were all on an enthusiast board, doesnt mean there arent bad eggs on here..and it would be a damn shame if it was an inside job

I know Joe and i feel reeeeeal bad. He is only 18 bought the car a little over a year ago with the money he saved up while busting his ass at work to get a cool car..He kept this car spotless as well...Just sucks it happened a week before christmas to a pretty cool kid...

Just an Update, im not too sure how much I should post since it isn't my car, but im posting this for him again so nobody keeps looking or anything.

They found the car, a 17 year old kid stole it and then drove it as if it was his own. Even tried hooking up speakers in the back, it was pretty funny. He ditched the car Monday morning, in Harrison Twp and it was brought into the lot Monday. He was contacted today, they still haven't found the kid who stole it but have some leads.

But the car really got messed up, hes going to need some new rims since there really bent up, and at least one new tire, if not more. He got into an accident in the front too since the paint is all chipped and already rusted, and the back got a bit scratched up. Then one of the panels on the side fell off, a few things in the car was stolen as well as wallet, but the kids left his books since he was an idiot. The car was filthy dirty, its hard to believe it could get soo dirty in just two days, but it did, but at least it was found!
