Keep an eye on ls1tech's forsale section. I am sure you can pick up a used lid for cheap. Hell they aren't that much new if you wanted to go that route. And if you want a little more power for cheap I will have a baby cam and new comp 918 springs for sale here shortly. You would just have to get gaskets, crank pulley bolt and pushrods. :icon_mrgr

hmmmmmmm. sweet. what cam?

and i have been on the lookout for an ls6 intake and lid on tech for awhile now. when i have the money ready to go i can never find one, then when money gets a lil low. (beginning of the month when payments are due) they pop up all over. haha.

awesome, i was hoping you would step in here.

buuuuuut i will def need some more hp to go wheels up haha.

I run UMI rod ended LCA's, BMR adjustable torque arm mounted to the transmission crossmember, CE el cheapo rear shocks, stock panhard, stock sway (soon to be upgraded to an ARB). Up front I am still on stock blown out shocks soon to be qa1's. I also removed the front sway bar.

As for the cam that I currently run it's a tried and true TR 224/224 .563/.563 112lsa. It served it's purpose and has been fun but right now I'm in a situation where I feel the car won't go much faster on motor than it already has so it's time to step up. I was thinking of an MS4 for awhile but I feel that will leave me one step behind again on my "cam only" quest so I'm just going to go with the Thunder Racing Trex 242/248 .608/.612 110lsa.
