Big thanks to all the people who helped get it to this point. Got a couple things to work on but I was pretty happy for the first time out to get a full pass in even if it was slow as hell. :)

moves out ....... what rpm was it leaving at ?
4500 rpm and 6 lbs of boost. Gotta play with it a bit as it probably wants more like 5000 rpm and 10 lbs of boost.
was the turbo even on it?
lol 10 lbs peak so pretty much no.

I pushed the stick at 6800 because I've only driven 3-speeds and 1st gear seemed way too long in the glide. I made a conscious effort NOT to do that the next time around and I pushed it at 6900. I need the !driver mod. :)

haha at one of the m events harlan told kevin he was gonna tie his hand down cause he was shifting the new glide way early

I believe it man. I was cocky and figured I could "feel" the right shift point but with only two speeds, I would imagine the performance is really sensitive to your shift point especially when you shift it 1400 rpms below where you intend to shift. lol

it was a long time ago and I didn't hear the whole thing but I think he said by the time you untie your hand it should be time to shift
how quickly does it come up to full boost?

0.9 seconds or so after I released the transbrake. It was doing some weird things around 5000-5500 where it flat-lined and boost actually dropped from full down to 6 and then back to full within 0.7 sec so I'll have to get to the bottom of that. My guess is a string of misfires from the plugs being fouled at idle because it's too rich.

0 to 60 in 1.62 seconds according to datalog which was only a 1.45 60 ft time.

Is 5000-5500 your peak torque? Or is it on the leading edge of it if so missfire like you said would make sense..
