Nice car, but I'm not so sure about the wheels. I think I'd like them better if the center caps were black also. Either way, it's not my car...... it's yours. And it is a nice Stang!!
my bad 88 was the year of 281 of them, I read on corral that there is no way of knowing how many t top cars were actually produced as they were rolled into the vert count However in 88 they werent supposed to make them but had 281 orders spilled over they had to honor from 87
I have a suspicion that the company on groesbeck that originally did the conversion for ford wasnt the only one.. my buddy JP (dkbykes) had a t top fox 1 car just like mine however the tops were totally different sized and shaped and utilized standard hatch doors and not verts
I remember touring a Plant in the mid 80s (maybe called Cars & Concepts or it might have been ASC) that converted Mustangs to convertibles. I don't remember T-top cars there, but it would have made sense for them to do those also.
Regardless. it looks like a cool car. We should get an eastside 4-eye group together to have a few beers and talk cars during the winter :rockwoot:
