I am selling my tools and boxes. I have quite a few tools and 99.9% of them are quality tools. Older Craftsman and Mac. Many sets of wrenches in every configuration, both inch and metric. Every socket imaginable, in short, med and deep and 6 point and 12 point. I have all kinds of pliers, including snap ring and any type of wire cutter. Vice grips, channel locks, small and large screw drivers...I have drill bits, every size tap and die, files, all kinds of engine assembly tools, ring filer. There is a set of dial bore gages, digital calipers, etc. There are Cresent wrenches, tubing wrenches, picks, chisles, punches.

There are multiples of the 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 air wrenches, small air grinders and air hammers.

The Mac Tool Box is the 35th Anniversary Mustang Box and the other is a Costco Stainless Box. I bought both of them new and they have only been in my garage and are in perfect condition. There is more than $4,000 in just the boxes.

I have pics of every drawer and there are way too many to fit in the ad. I will send them to you upon request.

My garage is heated and there is absolutely no rust on any of these tools.

10K for everything - No trades - I live in Troy

It's a shame to see people sell their tools off. However if it's what you have decided then good luck with the sale.

If you do start to part it out I could use some tools for the cottage. I'm trying to get some good quality stuff to replace the Taiwan crap that's there now

Really, it isn't any big deal anymore. I just don't use them as much as I used to. This is only about 2/3 of what I have, so I won't be tool-less (not tooth-less like Stalked). I work on my race car at my brothers place and he has just about as many tools as I have. I would like to see someone get as much use as I have over the years...And, if they sell, Ken gets the Snap-On allen set......

What the hell. see if I ever give you a good deal on my Mustang again! lol

I agree with the others Gary you will be hard pressed to find anyone that will buy the entire set. It will take more time and effort on your part and you can end up with more money selling individually, good luck!

For you guys that buy used tools, what percentage of the new price do you pay? 30%, 50%, 75%?

I would buy this to part out if I think I can make a few grand on it, it would make a good winter project for me. I would probably pick a few things out that I wanted, but most of it, including the boxes, would be sold.
