My 1995 Eagle Talon

wide winger

Motown's very own village idiot!
I know imports are not to popular here but since I totaled the LX at ORP its all I got.

Its still at 604 HP to a four wheels.

That's a nice Talon. Couple questions: Which turbo are you running? How about camshafts? Whose dyno did it make that much power on, and how much boost did it take you to reach that number?

HK 272's
Bushur Racing on a mustang Dyno
35 LBS on C-16
Could have made more (650) but I'm running a Cosmo single fuel pump and was going too lean.

My 03 Evo is on their dyno tomorrow. In fact, I'm going there tomorrow to pick the car up. I'm running it on E85.

BR aluminum rod 2.1
Bullseye comp68r turbo
BR272 cams
AMS intake

It made good power already, but ran out of fuel. So, I put their double-pumper in the tank. Will finish the tune tomorrow when I get there.

very nice looking car! clean piece of white rice right there!

And Dan I can't wait to see your Evo out and about too!

As long as the weather is nice this weekend, I'll probably bring it out.

BTW, it really needed to be gone over again. Are you swamped right now?

That Talon is AMAZING! I've always been a big fan of the 2nd gen Talons and one with 600+ real hp is incredible. What's it like to drive? Must be a damn rocket with AWD.:jawdrop2:

Yes I got a double kit from Full Blown sitting on the shelf a long with a larger ID fuel rail, just waiting for me to get busy , I need -8 supply , -6 return and a better high flowing fuel filter to make things happen.
Secondary fuel switch and wiring is installed, I'm just enjoying the drive before I bring it down for more mods.

what turbo are you using? Any pics of the engine bay?

I met Dave Buschur on Saturday at Winged Warrior...he was there with his supercharged Mustang. Seemed like a really cool guy :)

That's also probably one of the nicest Talons I've ever seen!

Beautiful 2nd gen! You just don't come across many clean, tastefully modded Eclipse and Talons these days. I would love to add another one to my collection someday...

Dave tuned both my Eagles.
He knows what does and what does not work under the hood on a 4G motor.
