Finally got the pictures loaded up. myself and 5 of my friends went up to the UP for a nice lil trip. We actually left christmas night and stayed up there for a long weekend. A friend of mine has a cabin in Rudyard which is like 1/2 hour north of the bridge. The trip was fun we stayed in St. Ignace for 2 nights. and on our way to the hotel the second night we came across a bad accident with a lady unconcious and her left leg snapped like a pretzel (didn't get any pictures but we basically saved her life since the drunk guy she was with didn't have a cell phone on him and was panicing)
Anyways. The second day from St. Ignace back to Rudyard we got rained on, that sucked.....lots of snow otherwise.
driving up, my buddys dad gave us a Tahoe to take up there, it had all of 53 miles on it when we left
The Trucks
The most heterosexual way 2 guys can sleep in 1 bed is with the "BRO"vider kinda like a makeshift divider
Then we had to clear enough of the driveway at the cabin to park
Finally able to get 1 truck and trailer in the driveway
Robert...we just call him Bert though
Sleds unloaded at the cabin. the cabin was a solid mile back in the woods from the road. we shoveled out like 1/4 of a mile for the trucks and then just rode the sleds with all our stuff back there
Me and Bert (he's trying to look tough  )
LOST
The next morning in St. Ignace when it was fucking raining and we were a ways from home
After we were soaked top to bottom we ran this line through the cabin over the wood burning stove to dry
