mustang sputtering?

my mustang which i just got done putting in a aluminum headed cam intake injecter 302 was running great the motor has been in the car for about 2weeks and all of the sudden yesterday after getting gas becuase i was on E the car will idle but dosent sound like its firing on all 8 the idle isnt bad when i put it in gear is just stumbles over itself bad gas? ignition module? coil? computer idk any ideas?
 
mike your best bet is to start at the ignition module on the distributor, yours is off of an AOD car and may or may not have something to do with it. However it is a common problem and not a bad place to start. check the simple things like sensors loose or wires melted or frayed and vac. lines properly installed. I believe FoxBodyDave lives right by you PM him and he may be able to come over and shine some light on the subject. Hes really sharp when it comes to these here mustangs ;)
 
If it was running good for 2 weeks before you got gas then it ran like crap after you got gas...I would definatlly drain the tank and put som good fuel in (from another gas station) and see how it runs. If it runs better than use that junk fuel in your lawn mower. If it still runs like crap then I would start lookig at changing parts. You would hate to dump a bunch of money into parts you don't need when all along is was crap gas.

yea im not sure what it is it idles ok but when given gas it stumbles and shakes so im going to drain all the gas and if its not that i may try reseting the valve lash becuase ive replaces cap rotor coil wires spark plugs are 2weeks old there good ignition module is newer im wondering if it could be the lash
