mustang problem

No, Its not causing the trans to buck or downshift, but it feels like its the trans when you have a mis fire.
Like I said, a scan tool will tell you what its doing.

new weird problem of the day lol , noticed a miss today , set my hand on top of the dizzy cap and the miss went away , took my hand off the cap and the miss came back , car has a new cap and dizzy , cap is tight , car also has new plugs and ignition coil , why the hell would i have a mis that goes away the second i set my hand on the dizzy ? also my starter took a shit on me today , wares a place to get one for cheap ? ............. this car is going to nickel and dime me to death , i see a for sale sign in the near future

got the new starter in and changed the fuel filter ( looked like the original fuel filter and had rust chunks falling out of it ) car runs again , i still cant get it timed thow ( cant get the timing light in the area ) , im getting new wires today so that should get rid of my mis fire , one issue i noticed is that if the car is under a load ( in gear ) and i turn the wheel it will stall , but it fires right back up , does this have anything to do with the timing or the mis fire ?

what kind of gas are you running in the car? I set my timing at 10 so I can run 87 for now. What makes you think the car isnt timed correctly?
