mustang 300 shot on dyno

The above exmplae is the correct way to use nitrous. BTW that Mustang sounds mean.

This is an example of how not to use nitrous

Just curious.....is there something your seeing in the video (aside from the one blowing up and the other not) that makes the first one an example of "the correct way" to use nitrous?

Sorry for the potentially stupid question....I'm tired and it's been a long day.

idk i jus posted the video cuz i thought it hit real hard as far as the whole correct incorrect thing i dont know, lol

Got a little out of the groove there, didn't ya?

the water box was dry so i didnt get a good burnout that is why it didnt work good. you can hear it blowing the tire away the whole time, also you can see the ground cable spark, after that pass i went to make another one and the car wouldnt start, i had no idea why i thought it was the starter so after ripping everything apart i happen to watch this video and seen the spark, so i cleaned the connection and tightened it back up and the car started. i was so pissed it was something so simple and i over looked it...

What causes those nitrous explosions?Same thing most of the time,or is it differnt on carbuerated VS injected motors?Seems like I see more injected motors blowing up.Not enough fuel?I need to learn these things(not the hard way)
