im trying to put my motor back together...just wating on summit...and myself to do it by myself..damn it sucks when pops is up north..

well, i have to put the timing chain on,cover,water pump, raditor,intake,carb,fluids,and set all the rockers,drop the distributor, in set timing,etc. etc. then start it and break the cam in, check rockers again. etc.

I talked to Deneen yesterday and she said they were going to doing a weekend race prep. So we should have a fairly sticky track to atleast the 1/8 for tomorrow in both lanes.

Let's put it to use with some personal best guys. :)

make it extra sticky. gonna be on my 16 inch et's I run on the strreet cause Broken and I went to balance my prostars and one is bent. the bad thing is I really need that extra inch of tire height. gonna be on the limiter the last 400 feet probably

We're looking at 39-43 degrees with a 40% chance of rain and winds in the 20-28mph range. With a 35 degree dew point and winds chill in the 30-33 degree range, it's not looking too good.

Milan did shutdown today so we won't be getting all of the benefits of the Torco Race Prep.

At this point, I need to hear from the diehards that want to show up and wait it out at the track if we have to do that.

My confidence isn't high enough to offer the money back guarantee this time like last year. :) Which means if we pay to get a tech card, we'll have to rely on Milan to cover us for TnT in the afternoon. That will be their regular TnT with JR dragster event.

I'll post a final decision by 8pm this evening.
