Not pictured is my start of building a Digital recording studio. Got the desk and PC software and currently shopping for interface. Need More microphones to.

Of course. The basement actually is fiarly sound proofed. The last owner had a pretty massive Home theater system. Amzingly it does not ring. the Accoustic tile cieling and heavy carpet do alot to Suck Up the noise.
