Motown Muscle Family Cruise to Yates Cider Mill this weekend - Who's in?

I'm planning on being there Saturday. We'll probably be at the Wal Mart about 9:15 or so. Who's still going Saturday?

I will meet up wtih you guys on Sat and then we can cruise over to Dequindre and up to 23 mile to the Mill around 9:45. That should put us to the Mill by 10am. I do gotta check on the construction at Dequindre to make sure we can get through there OK. I will verify on my way to Wal-Mart.

Sterling Heights, corner of M-59 & Mound. We can leave that parking lot by the Movie theater and take the service drive to Dequindre and then shoot up Dequindre to 23 mile and the Mill is right there.

don't bother going doin M-59. just take mound rd north, which turns into auburn...then aburn to dequindre and make a right. that way you avoid going on 59 and through the construction.

It's in the first post. we are meeting up around 9-9:30 and heading out to the Mill around 9:30-9:45.

Good call, that is even better to avoid all that construction. Then we can all make some noise for my friends who live in the condo's right there.

We had a blast today. Perfect timing too. We got there at 10 before the crowds and enjoyed ourselves for 2 hours. There was cider & donuts, petting zoo fun. And then a 2 mile hike down the walking paths. There was some fudge for a few people after the walk. :lol:

I will be at the Wal-Mart around 9am Sunday to do it all over again! Hope to see a bunch of you guys out tomorrow!

We had fun too. I think that's now Andrea's new favorite cider mill. JT took quick a nap on the way home but got a second wind once we got home. We ended up going to a friend's house for smores in the back yard. By the time we got home about 11pm, they were both out cold. It was a busy day for the two of them.

Well ya lazy asses, thanks for all 17 people who voted for today and there were a whopping 3 of us there this morning. Thanks to John (DRAG-ULA) and Fred (from MIFbody) for keeping me company at Wal-Mart. :lol: Then JoeliusZ28 & Marc@AutoLavish met us up at the Mill.
