Motorcycle riding endorsement on a scooter?

I see them riding around little Hondas at Schoolcraft College all the time, 7 & Haggerty. Secretary of state has listings for places after you take the written test also.

no thats not what im talking about,.. those are nighthawks

If it's a "scooter" I believe you just need a liscense and proper insurance and registration. Are you referring to an actual motorcycle endorsement where you can ride their bikes on a course?

Edit: I see

I can't think of the damn name of the place dave, i'll ask my buddy kevin today, he'll know it.

Okay so anyway... There are a few places where you can take your motorcycle riding test ona scooter that has a foot brake on it. Anyone know which places they are?

If I can get my motorcycles license with a scooter im in! One of the biggest drawbacks for me getting my license was the fact I dont have a street bike (or dirt bike at the moment) but I do have access to scooter

I took my test out by auburn and ryan road, right across from where four bears waterpark was.
The dude brought the scooter and i took the test in 10 minutes. It was very easy.

GrandmaLS and I took the endorsement course at WCC last summer.... They supply the bikes, it was a weekend long course. Take the certificate and go to the SOS, take 20 question written test and done.

IIRC it was 25 bucks.

Bikes were a 125 or 250 cc cruiser style, some dual sports, and something else.

man i took mine on a spree! The first four people all failed 2 on sprees one on a harley, and one on a honda cbr 600 f3...

I passed easily... i watched the honda guy dump his bike, the harley guy failed because he couldnt manuver the course... and one of the spree's flipped over somthing crazy during the panic stop test...

It was at a truck driving school off of 14 mile i think near vandyke or ryan... i cant remember it was so long ago... but it was 20 for the test and 20 more to rent the scooter... probably a bit more these days.. I'll see if i can find the place really quick,.....
Edit coming up...
