Hey guys. Just wanted to give you guys an update. Rates and gas prices today hit a 12 month high. We knew this was coming, just was not sure when. Anyone looking to refinance, don’t wait. We are barley in the 2s right now on a 30 year compared to mid 2’s last week. We are expecting low 3s soon and that’s where we expect them to stay for the foreseeable future.
