Just finished up this little project for sumperman09's vette last night. Did the satin black lower bumper mod. Looks sick in person with the tinted lights i did a few weeks back.

I like it! I too am not a fan of taillight blackouts, but the rest of it looks great!

Tinted lights really seem to be a hate it or love it type of thing it seems. I really like tinted lights on anything except red cars. I like as few different colors on my vehicles as possible.
 
I like the lower bumper like that. Makes it look different. I like the yellow Trans-Am's with that blackout bumper peice too.

We talked about it last night. Still kinda up in the air on that. Just like the lower bumper me and him talked about it for probablly the last month before he decided to bring it over and get it done.
