Ok...anyone have experience with Mod motor fuel systems??
Plan on going with cobra pump hat with GT40 supercar pumps/-8an from there to filter and up to the rails? Modified module to stop voltage spikes?

critique???

talk to the doctor or lidio @ alternative. They have a nice kit available...single bosch pump with pickup tube, -8 feed, and -6 return, uses the stock rails and supports over 800whp..i dont believe they use a modified module as they have not needed to

99-04 have a returnless system, the factory line will support well over 600 rwhp. Running twin cobra or gt pumps will be you best options, the newer systems are way different than what most are used to.

If you upgrade to GT pumps you will need to buy a pair of modified FPDM's as well. Otheriwse it is like a marathon runner breathing through a straw. The GT pumps put way to much current through the single stock FPDM and will cause it to overheat......causing the fuel supply to cut off = boom.

yeah... I see that lethal performance sells that.

Not sure if Lethal sells the correct fitting but if you are staying returnless there is a fitting to go from AN to the OEM fuel rails. The stock rails will support 650+ to the tires so no need to buy new ones......unless you are planning huge power.

did plan on staying returnless because I dont think I will see over 450rwhp this year. I dont plan on going big until I re-do the bottom end. BUT would like something that I can "grow" into. I looking for the best options so i am not re-doing my fuel system next year again.

Fair enough. Your original plan sounds fine.

In tank GT pumps/FPDM's
-8 to filter then to OEM rails

Not sure what injectors you have now but a set of 60's will support 650-700 depending on the power adder you use. If later down the road you want to pop for rails then it's a simple change and will match right up to the -8 line.

WAS going turbo..but for my car Iam going to go procharger D1...only 4.00" pulley this year. (8-10lbs)
I am not sure what injectors to get though...has option to pick up 60's? think i should roll with those?

Id go with 42lbers but thats me what are you looking to make like 475

60's are a bit of overkill for what you want i think... but if you plan for over 500 down the road... 60's are more in your window..

i actually am running out of my 42's and need some 60's. i need to find someone downgrading their setup and trade up..
