Mobil 1 cheap if you're looking

I went to Wal-Mart today, 5 qt jug is indeed $22.99 (new everyday price).
They had no rebate slips & no idea what I was talking about.

I come back home, click on the "participating retailer list", and Wal-Mart
is NOT on the list! In other words, it appears you can get the Wal-Mart price
of $22.99 for the 5 qt. jug OR you can buy else where & grab the $10/12 rebate.

Note:

"To receive a $12 rebate check, send original register receipt(s) showing proof of purchase(s) of five (5) quarts or more of any Mobil 1 motor oil.

To receive a $10 rebate check, send original register receipt(s) showing proof of purchase(s) of five (5) quarts or more of any Mobil Super Synthetic motor oil."

It doesn't look like you can combine the two?

It also states, "Limit two (2) rebates per household".

Hmmmm...Meijer is listed as a retailer. That's where I usually go. IIRC, they are like $26 or $28 for 5 gallons, so it would still come out to less than Walmart.

I did this before from Walmart and it works fine.
Plus when you click the link to see deal, it takes you directly to Walmart...

I had the manager at Wal-Mart check, and he really worked on this.

I'm just afraid Mobil won't honor the rebate if Wal-Mart isn't a "participating retailer".

The last time you did this, was Wal-Mart perhaps on the list? I think I'll play it safe
and purchase it from one on the "list".

It shouldn't be this confusing......then again, maybe its just me

Walmart jugs are marked and printed as being sold in Walmart....they may be different . :dontknow:
