Why mini tub when you can fit a 345 18 with a rolled lip and some masaging? Looks good but seems like alot of work for something you can do with stock axle leangth.

My representation of a 345 in a cobra…. Widened the wheel to 11½”, massaged the wheel well in a little (nothing major), a very minor wheel spacer ( not sure what size but basically a shim), and rolled the lip which I really didn’t need to (just wanted to be safe). It does have a solid rear end though, no IRS. Never had any problems.

God damn. Every time I see someone post a picture of 345s under it I'm like sweet I guess I can make it work, then in the last line I always read PS solid axle no IRS. Fml.

The Eastwood fender roller can be positioned in a way so that when it's ran across the lip, its actually kicks the lip out. The paint on the inside of the fender is damaged but I didn't care all that much, plan on repainting the whole thing. I'll probably get a little more out of it with the hammer/dolly before paint

Did you use a heat gun at all when you rolled them? I want to roll mine but I'm scared of F'in the paint up.

Just buy or rent the Eastwood Fender roller. That thing won't break the paint. The key is to roll it nice and slow, like Usher.

BTW...if you use a heat gun, don't get it too hot, that paint will bubble up.

I started with one but got restless, haha. I knew I was repainting the car so it really wasn't a big deal to me.

yup both are out of towners and both got wheels widened at weld craft! :thumbsup: the mystic are 18x14 and the red fire has 18x12.5 both wear 345/30/18 bfgs
